Postage is charged at £2.50 for orders below £25. Free for orders above £25.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Orders are dispatched the next working day*. Once dispatched please allow 3-14 days for the item to arrive. Usually items arrive within 3 days but allow 14 as occasionally items are delayed in the Royal Mail system. If your item has not arrived after 14 days please contact us.

Refund & Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are welcome to return the item if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused with tags and in its original packaging.

Once the item is returned and inspected we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 2 working days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Working days are Monday to Friday (not Saturday and Sundays)
